At Makkah Prime, we want to ensure you are informed every step of the way as your medical supplies make their way to your facility. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking its progress is simple.
How to Track Your Shipment

Check Your Email: As soon as your order is shipped, we will send a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the courier's website.

Use Your Tracking ID: Copy the tracking number provided in the email and paste it into the carrier’s tracking portal to see real-time updates.

Account Dashboard: If you created an account during checkout, you can log in to makkahprime.com, navigate to "My Orders," and view the current status of any active shipment.

Processing Time: Please allow 24–48 hours after placing your order for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Multiple Shipments: If your order contains multiple items or large surgical equipment, they may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each package.
